Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition. Please contact our customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of the invoice date. A full refund less shipping, postage, etc will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of merchandise.
For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened. There are no exchanges or refund on any items that has been used or are not in its original packaging.
We charge a 10% restocking fee. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Please allow at least two billing cycles from the date of return for us to issue a credit to your card. Credits are only issued for products that have been returned, unused and in the same condition as originally sold.
If there are any discrepancies or the product is damaged during shipment, please notify our Customer Services within 24-48 hours after delivery so we can file a claim at UPS. You must e-mail our Customer Service Department at customerservice@spathacary.com. It is necessary for you to retain the damaged product with the original packing in order to process the claim.
